“Now we want to think more along the lines of Islam and its sciences. This can also be applied Islamically. In many situations Allah sent legislation down with general basic rules that must be followed when talking about our interactions with one another. These rules must be followed, but it does not keep us from coming up with other types of these same interactions as long as we stick to the limitations that were set for us. For example, how we do business and run companies is something that these general rules were sent to light our paths for us. Yet the examples that were had are not all that is permissible for us to use in these days and times. Rather the Scholars of Islam have spoken on the permissibility of many different types of businesses and companies that did not exist before as long as they adhere to that which was allowed in the legislation.”
