When I say qualified, I mean that we need to be able to verify that they truly break that bond that Allah has ordered us to maintain. For those of you that have been following along with the whole conversation, I do want to mention that this bond can be weakened or strengthened for many different reasons, but this is not the topic of discussion right now. We are talking about those that tell you that due to things, like differences of opinions and stances, that we are free from those other Muslims. They tell you things like it is ‘Us and Them’. Phrases like these are thrown around easily making us feel as though they are not part of us, or even from us.
