Also, we must understand that simply because we see the situation at hand as something that needs to be addressed, it doesn’t mean it will make the top priority of everyone’s to do list. How many times have we been very passionate about something, then been made to realize it falls low on the pole when it is compared with everything else that needs to be addressed? We have to remember in most organizations there are people that are put in place to prioritize situations and deal with them accordingly. Sometimes when we do not go through the proper route and attempt to circumvent these avenues, we cause an uproar that makes more of a problem than the original issue we were trying to address.
