We also have to remember that sometimes, even though we may have the desire, that we are not the one to address the issue at hand. This could be for several reasons. It could be due to the individual charged with addressing the issue does not recognize our ability to truly understand the issue, therefore they may not give our opinion the due attention that we feel it deserves. At this point in time, it may be better to bring someone whose opinion or understanding is more known or respected. We must understand that the important thing is that the problem is looked at and addressed, not the fact that we were the ones that pointed it out. So, even if someone else pointed it out, we’ve done our job and aided in fixing a potential problem.
