This is a new series in which we will be discussing in it the reason we are hearing everyone talking about bidah over and over again. Some of you have asked about the reason for it becoming the focus of so many people all of a sudden. We find that this one declares this thing to be an innovation, and the next claims the other thing to be an innovation. We find that some time, they agree on whether it is, and other times they disagree. While all of this argumentation is going on, many of us are left wondering why all of this is such a big deal. Right?
Well this is going to be the focus of this particular discussion. In it we will be talking about what a bidah (innovation) is to begin with. We will be discussing it’s various types. As well, we will be talking about some common examples so that we are able to have a better understanding of some of these terminologies that are being thrown around. Therefore it is necessary for each one of us to stay tuned to the discussion and not miss a single post. This issue is far to important to us in these days and times to miss out on understanding the basics of the issue. We need to be able to understand it for ourselves, but also so that we can explain it to those around us.
After all, someone has to take the baton and run with it. Right?
