As we discussed in the last post, it is a necessity for, that which is Sunnah and that which is innovation be made clear for the people. We can not sit back and allow that which was sent to us as guidance from the Lord of the worlds, be replaced slowly but surely with other than it. Therefore we need to make sure that we re-look at who and where we get our religion from. We need to make sure that they themselves have an understanding of what is truly Quran and Sunnah, and that which was not there before, yet practiced today. This is because if they themselves do not know, how can we expect that they are not teaching us a bit of this and a bit of that?
After all of this becoming clear, we want to make sure to understand, that all innovation is not the same. It is of different types and falls into different categories. In sha Allah, we will be talking briefly about these things, and some examples in the upcoming posts. So make sure to stay with us, so that you do not miss a single post.
