Way Past Due (Part 6)

“It is because of the fact that just because we were told something and given the proof for it, doesn’t mean that we really have an understanding of that thing, nor of the reason why that proof is really a proof for that issue. We have just accepted that which sounds good to us, hopefully from someone that we trust. This is not called gaining an understanding of something, nor does it necessitate it. This doesn’t mean that it couldn’t have been understood if the person has the tools to examine what was said, but it isn’t automatically completely understood.”
