Voluntary vs. Involuntary Ignorance (Part 21)

“I have lived in several communities in the west and there has always been someone in the area whose job it was to teach the Quran to those needing to learn it. There were also those that usually hung around the Masaajid who would teach the basics to those in need of learning for free. Do you not think that those that live in these communities and do not try to perfect their reading of at least the Fatihah have a valid excuse for their incorrect recitations?”
