In this part we’ll discuss a major action that only come from Allah. We say that we believe in what we’re about to discuss, but many times you’ll find that our actions say otherwise. This is the act of of bringing about a cure when harm or sickness befalls us.
When we understand that only Allah brings about cure for that which harms us, we turn to Him first and foremost when we’re in need of this relief or cure. Nowadays, you find many of us turning to other than Allah for a cure, and some of us don’t often think to ask Allah at all. You may not believe me when I say this, but if you think about it for a minute you’ll see it’s not as uncommon as you may think. How many times do we see that people put the whole of their hope in a hospital to cure them? They believe that the only place that they can receive a cure is that particular hospital. Or, if they don’t put all of their dependence on the hospital, than it is a specific doctor. You’ll even find that some people put the whole of their reliance on a certain type or brand of medication, does this still sound strange to you? Does it still sound like something that never really happens? So what we need to do now is take a second look, even at ourselves when we become sick. Do we believe a certain type of medication or a certain doctor will give us something to cure our ailments? Is this not the way most of us think and believe? Not only this, but this what we say to and teach our families.
