When we look around, we find that many people are arguing about issues that do not need to be argued about. People are hating one another because the fact that one person understands something different than the other individual. Name calling many times is the result of this situation. After really looking at the situation, most times we see that it is just that Allah has guided one of them to the truth, and the other individual has not been blessed to understand it as of yet.
We need to understand that we are not of those that guide. Guidance is something that is done by Allah, and by Him alone. When we understand this, we tend to be much easier with one another, as well as more grateful to Allah for what He has blessed us with from guidance.
