Student’s Guidelines

Responsibilities:

– Ensure that all required information is submitted during the registration process.
– Accept the teacher’s Zoom Meeting invitation prior to the start of classes.
– Attend each class on time and be prepared for the lesson.
– Notify the Administration of any schedule changes as soon as possible.

Cancellations and Refunds:

– To cancel and receive a refund after payment, students must inform us at least 24 hours before the first scheduled class for the month. No refunds will be issued after this period has passed.

Classroom Policies:

– Student Absence: If a student misses a class without prior notice to the teacher, the class will not be rescheduled, and the instructor will not be required to make up the session.

– Late Arrival by Student: If a student arrives late to class without notifying the teacher, it is not the responsibility of the teacher or the Academy to extend the session. The class will end at the scheduled time.

– Student Withdrawal Mid-Course: If a student decides to quit mid-course for reasons not related to the teacher’s performance, the instructor will be compensated for the remainder of the course. However, if the reason for withdrawal is due to the teacher’s negligence, the teacher will not be paid for any further classes, despite prior agreements.

– Teacher Absence: In the event that the teacher is absent, they will not receive payment for that class until it has been rescheduled and delivered. This ensures that the student receives the full set of classes paid for in advance.

– Teacher Late Arrival: If a teacher is late, the missed time will be made up during the session. If this is not possible, the Administration must be informed so that alternative arrangements can be made to ensure the student receives the full class time for which they have paid.

– Rescheduling Classes: If a class needs to be rescheduled, the student and teacher must mutually agree on a new time before the course’s scheduled end date. The student is then responsible for informing the Administration of the change, so that the calendar and schedules can be updated accordingly.
