Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your enrollment or withdraw from a course, the following terms apply:
– Notification Period: You must notify us of your decision to cancel at least 24 hours before the first scheduled class for the month.
– How to Notify Us: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Please email us at courses@arabicvirtualacademy.com with your full name, course details, and reason for cancellation.
Refund Policy:
– Full Refund: If you cancel within the required 24-hour window before the first scheduled class of the month, you are eligible for a full refund of your monthly payment.
– No Refund After Window Closes: Once the 24-hour cancellation window has closed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance or participation.
Important Reminders:
– Refunds will generally be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your cancellation request.
– We are unable to issue refunds for any cancellations made after the first class has started.
