Ramadan is quickly coming to an end, and all of the opportunity that Allah has set forth for us will no longer be available before we know it. Some of us may be getting tired, and others may be having a hard time crossing that finish line. I want to give you some advice as your brother in Islam. I want to tell you to keep pushing. There are only a few days left, and you have come this far. Don’t let those whispers get the best of you now that you have arrived. Don’t just begin doing the bare minimum, just to get by. Rather you need to try harder than you have this whole month. You have no idea when Allah may decide to accept something from you, and make you from those people that He writes to be of those that will be freed from the hellfire. It may be that deed that you talk yourself out of on that last day. We have to push hard all the way to the last minute of the last hour. As I said a minute ago, you never know what it will be nor when it will be that you will be forgiven for every and anything. So don’t let yourself be of those that worked so hard up until now, and then miss out due to getting tired. Fight that feeling and get what you have been working for, the finish line is right there.
May Allah accept all of our efforts and forgive us for any of our shortcomings. Allahuma ameen.
