Clearly, pointing out what is not liked in a situation is not enough. We need to actively suggest solutions, providing solutions or giving viable alternatives that can be readily implemented. This is how we become successful in bringing about positive change, even if we are not the ones that are capable of actually making things happen. We will have at least put some light on the path for those that are able and willing to travel it. This empowers individuals to make positive things happen. This is what we want. If done correctly and consistently I am sure we will see how this is plays a huge part in actually bringing about positive change.
