Unfortunately, we see all around us, people who believe they have really done something by simply pointing out a problem or issue. In actuality, this does not do much more than make that which is obvious to most, the topic of discussion and ridicule. Don’t get me wrong, pointing out issues that need to be pointed out is very beneficial. Especially, when it is followed up by possible solutions which will better the situation. But simply pointing out what is wrong does very little for anyone involved which we will explore moving forward.
