“Another affair that we need to deal with when it comes to our children, is teaching them to be appreciative for the good that people do for them. Unfortunately many of our youth grow up feeling as though they automatically have the right for people to bend over backwards for them. They feel as though they actually deserve it, rather than understanding that people are actually working hard to give them what they can. This is something that needs to be taught to someone while they are young (to be grateful). We have all witnessed in our lives adults that have been raised not knowing about being grateful and showing thanks. They usually only arrive at this, because they were not taught about this issue at a young age, and lived the entirety of their lives like this. Look at them. You see how people don’t like to be around them. Can you imagine what it would take for this person to change. Is this really what you want for your children? We have got to begin teaching them different from today. Don’t you agree?”
