The example that I want to bring here is an important one. So it’s necessary that you pay close attention.
You probably have heard that the scholars of the Sunnah say that Allah rose above His Throne in a way that befits His Majesty. Just to make things clear, I want to mention that this is the correct statement in this issue.
The issue here, is that you find those who refuse to believe this statement as it was related, just because they can not figure out how this it plays out. Some say that Allah sits on His Throne, others say that Allah conquered His Throne and you will find statements other than this.
So, as you see here, in their attempts to figure out what Allah meant here, they gave it their own description or explanation and if you take a good look at their statements, you will find that their explanations are actually quite different even in meaning to the original one.
