My Brother’s Keeper

bismillah

When we look around the Ummah these days, it’s clear that many of us have not been taught what brotherhood and sisterhood is, in Islam. Many times we find that when we sit back for a second and ask ourselves, we find that this whole situation may not be nearly as clear as we previously thought. This is why we put this class together to bring our attention to the fact that someone being our brother or sister means something huge in Islam. Being as though we use it as something that we gain a closeness to Allah, don’t you agree that we should take a second and see what this whole concept entails?
